We spend far too much time looking at pictures of The Beatles ! And why not? They are total icons. Recently we came across a picture of John in, we think America, wearing a top very similar to the one you see here. The pic looks around the era of Rubber Soul as his hair is quite long. It was an absolute must for our Icons Range.
The bold stripes are in a fab red, white and blue style and we think that this gives a great Mod 60’s vibe but also a 90’s Indie Britpop feel . Combine with many of the casual shoes or trainers that we sell at Mod Shoes , and you have a cool look.
The Tee features are High Neck Silhouette , which gives it a real edge. We think you will agree.
Sizing
I am XL in 66 Clothing Jackpot Shirts, Polos & Jackets, as well as Gabicci, and the XL is the same in these. The T-shirt is tighter than a Gabicci, but not overly so. So stick with size.

A very comfortable t-shirt that fits just right-I just had to have it! Goes especially great with a pair of slim-fit white jeans/chinos as well as dark ones. Top the look off with either a pair of corduroy shoes, loafers or suede Chelsea boots and you’re there! p.s. here’s hoping you’ll do the green/white McCartney ‘Yesterday & Today’ contrasting tab-collar button-down shirt in the near future..

Actually, the photo of John wearing this fab shirt was taken in Miami in Feb. 1964, The photographer had given John this and another striped shirt (long-sleeved) to pose in . I will definitely be buying this particular one! All the best, Adrian.
