These shoes will be for ever etched into our heads because of The Jam & Going Underground. Countless people wanted so much to be part of The Jam gang and what better wear than wearing the exact same shoes as Bruce Foxton wore in the video.
Notice that on the soles we have added the Guitars from the video. Yes Paul & Bruce both used Rickenbackers. We thought it would be fun to put this on the sole.
Around our way these shoes were everywhere, especially at our school. Go into town and you would meet others that were stamping the allegiance to the Jam also wearing them.
Since the 80s various people have made them, but they could be hard to get hold off by a good make. So guess what we had them made. They come from the same factory as the shelbys, so you know they will be good

Very good looking in black suede and white leather details and are a reminder of my old worn out pair of Badgers from Shelly´s back in the early eighties. Then all leather.

From memory these are exactly the same as the ones I bought from Shelleys Shoes back in the day. In fact because of the sole I would say better. There’s no way I’m wearing them until it stops raining though. As a further comment I seem to remember the Jam shoes being more pointed from Shelleys back in the 70’s than the ones on your website. Otherwise I’d buy a pair of these as well. I’d put most things on my feet but wearing Shelleys spats were a fashion faux pas even for me!

Love these shoes. Following the Jam was the highlight of my younger years and owning these shoes brings back all the memories. The fit is perfect and I walk with a swagger when I wear them. I’m forever looking at shop windows to catch my reflection. Love the detail on the sole.
The delivery from Mod Shoes was earlier than expected. Waiting till after Christmas to get the tricolour pair. I never expected to need more than one pair of suede shoes but the more the merrier.

Jam Stage Shoes – Badgers – by MOD SHOES ”My Life Long Favourite Shoe”. Bought a Original pair after watching ”Going Underground” for the very 1st time (Wish I Still Had Them). Have bought other pairs from other companies, which had very poor attention to detail etc and were immediately returned. After finding MOD SHOES and many months of deliberation i finally ordered a Pair. ABSOLUTELY Spot-On, the attention to detail, quality upper and sole materials, pattern design, comfort and fit. Before ordering I was a bit sceptical over the sole design as would have much loved the Original sole design, although this is done with good taste and design. I have actually Framed this Pair, so I need to order another to wear on those Special occasions. KTF
