Here we have “The Squire” Buckle Loafer. These are from the same factory as our Duke & Earls. The quality is very high, and the finish, as you can see in the pics, is fab.

We thought that the buckle addition made the shoes look a little different, and evoke a late 50s, early 60s IVY look.

In terms of wearing, both my Dukes & Earls have been very good after just a few hours. The leather & design on these means that they fit and ‘Bed in’ in very little time. I have been very pleased, hence why we decided to expand our range to include these.

Sizing on these we would stick with size if you are normal width, if a slightly wider foot go up. The styling and cut of the shoe, is small, meaning they DONT look big like a DM. 

Style wise, which can be subjective, I have worn mine both ‘Smart Casual’ and ‘Suited & Booted’. If I was going away for the weekend and could only take one pair of shoes, I would take these. They fit so many occasions without feeling out of place.

Please Note that are shoes are made mainly in Spain & Portugal and Euro to UK Conversion means that the shoes normally come up a little big. The reason is that a 43, is more like 9 and 1/4.
