He we have The “Strike” Bowling shoes by Mod Shoes

When we very first started Mod Shoes we was asked for “Chisel Toe” bowling shoes, like the ones from the 80’s, the type Shelleys used to sell. It has taken this long to find a good supplier, and also get as close as possible to the shape. This style of design is only available from Mod Shoes

Notice that the front is much slimmer and less rounded than other bowling shoes on the market. And copied from a pair from the 80s.

Also we wanted to do a good bowling shoe, so the leather upper is super soft, and supple. Literally no wearing in ! The sole has an extra grip piece added at the front. So if you are wearing these out and about, you aren’t going to slip over (But if you do, you cant sue Mod Shoes)!

Sizing
Stick with size, unless you are super wide fitting. The design means they are more suitable to normal width, but a sizer bigger doesnt look big. We have had some back for being too big, please note that the leather is super soft, so if in between sizes, go down, not up. I am wideish 8.5 in my right foot, and an 8 was very good for me.

My first pair of bowling shoes and what a shoe! Super soft leather needed no breaking in, stick with size and fit will be perfect. Fantastic chisel toe on these just like the ones I wanted back in the day. The black and the blue are a great contrast and they come with 3 sets of laces for you to customise!
