These beautiful shoes are brand new from modshoes and called The Harry
Modshoes website was started as a review website many years ago, and it was a pair of brogues I was after then, and hence why I started the site to find out what ones I wanted, and then do reviews on them. We are very proud to have our own brogue
These shoes are just spot on, long american wing tip, but with a different styling at the back. Leather Sole with a distinct burgundy leather sole.
The shoes come from a very small exclusive factory in South Spain. Consisting of 5 members of staff, Mum, Dad, Son & 2 employees. We will be using them more in the future as the shoes and boots they make are so good.
Sizing
Fit wise they fit my wide foot without pinching. I would advise sticking with UK size on these. If you are a wide foot, these will be good. If you are normal, you may be advised to go down 1 size.

Please Note that are shoes are made mainly in Spain & Portugal and Euro to UK Conversion means that the shoes normally come up a little big. The reason is that a 43, is more like 9 and 1/4.

The Harry All Leather Black Brogue was the perfect solution, not only a wider fitting shoe for comfort but also so much more in keeping with the retro style which I feel modern equivalents fail to achieve. Bought The Harry in Oxblood about two years ago. Brilliant shoes and the best shoes I have ever worn. Wear them to all Northern Soul events and if the floor is decent, no talc is ever needed. Have been looking at the Oxblood Loafers too. They look top notch too.

The Harry black Brogues were just what I was looking for. A wider fitting shoe with a more rounded toe compared to contemporary Brogues all housed on a robust leather sole. These iconic shoes wear just as well with jeans, stay press, chinos and a suit alike, and, are an essential part of a Suedehead’s wardrobe.
