The Who’s My Generation album, released in 1965, is an emblem of 1960s rebellion and youthful energy. The iconic cover features a striking overhead shot of the band—Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey, John Entwistle, and Keith Moon—posing with mod-inspired style. Several Notables, the Union Jack jackets, which they nearly got arrested for ! This imagery perfectly complements the LP’s defiant tone, with tracks like “My Generation” and “The Kids Are Alright” blending raw rock energy and R&B influences. The album’s dynamic performances and rebellious ethos cemented The Who’s status as pioneers of rock’s transformative era.
Townshend sports a stylish scarf, making it a great source of inspiration and a must-have accessory for any fan.

Love the scarf so much, that when the 3rd batch came out,i ordered another one to put to one side for when my original one eventually wears out, although i’m not expecting that to happen anytime soon due to the quality of the scarf.

My Generation scarf
Love it. Excellent quality and service. The first time I saw it I was undecided because I thought this scarf would be either completely unpopular and be seen as rather juvenile or the opposite and everybody would be wearing them. Both scenarios would put me off.
So I thought about it for a week before deciding to buy, by which time they were sold out. Couldn’t buy one anywhere. I tried Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace.
So I added my name to the emailing list. Often with Mod Shoes you never receive an email because they tend not to reorder certain items to maintain their exclusivity.
However, a month or so later they did restock, so the very moment I read the email, I was reaching for my bank card.
I would say to anyone who has ever considered buying one of these, to buy now, because once they are gone they might never come back.
It’s nice to have something that is rarely seen because it is limited and exclusive rather than because it is unpopular and nobody wants one.

I’m not usually one for a scarf but had to have this and got it for Xmas. Such a good scarf that is so versatile plus I’m a Who fan anyway especially of this era. Top class as usual from Modshoes and 66 Clothing.

@Stephen Reel, Yep, Acton County Grammar, had the same one.
Want one now.
I still have my sister’s collage style scarf from the school.
