These are a version of the very popular “Prince” tassel loafer, with the addition of the “Tea- Bag” perforation detail on the front. They are an absolute classic in terms of style, and have all the correct details just like the ones that we wore “back in the day”.
These shoes really evoke memories of the Ska and Two Tone days, where you would see countless people wearing them. The leather sole makes them excellent purchase if dancing is important for you, we are thinking “Northern Soul” in particular
The shoes are all leather including leather sole . In terms of the styling, they have been faithfully recreated from an original model from the early 80’s
SIZING
In terms of sizing they are fairly true to size, if you are between sizes then probably best go down a size. These will grow up to 1/4 of inch after about 6 hours. When trying on please allow 15 mins for your foot to heat the shoes a bit, this will make the leather supple and comfy very quickly.
The soles are leather, the upper is leather in an Oxblood mix colour

Please Note that are shoes are made mainly in Spain & Portugal and Euro to UK Conversion means that the shoes normally come up a little big. The reason is that a 43, is more like 9 and 1/4.

I was scared to buy these shoes because I’ve found that loafers stretch out so much and shipping from UK to the US is expensive. I really wanted them to fit. To add to my confusion, MOD only had this style in my size in men’s and I’m a woman’s size 10 in the US. To me that means in loafers I needed to size down to a W size 9US, because they’re loafers, and they’ll stretch(I know my mind went mush for months) . Finally, I saw these shoes on a lady friend of mine and they were perfect. She also ordered a mens Prince Teabag loafer in mens sizing! She’s a W US 8 she fit a M UK 4/38 . I’m a W US 10 and I ordered a M UK 6/40. They fit snug at first but after they are warmed up and broken in they are my favorite. Now if I can win this contest, I’ll order a red pair too! ❤️❤️
