The Kinks wrote so many great tunes, total classics. But as many of you will know, The Jam took a little known song by them, “David Watts” and had a 1978 hit with it. So we thought that’s a cool name for a Ray Davis inspired T-shirt. It was one of our customers that sent us the pic of Ray in the T-shirt, so we just had to add it to the Icons range.
Combine with many of the casual shoes or trainers that we sell at Mod Shoes , and you have a cool look.
The Tee features are High Neck Silhouette , which gives it a real edge. We think you will agree.
Sizing
I am XL in 66 Clothing Jackpot Shirts, Polos & Jackets, as well as Gabicci, and the XL is the same in these. The T-shirt is tighter than a Gabicci, but not overly so. So stick with size.

I absolutely love this top. I purchased this in XL. I usually buy T-shirts in XXL, as I am on the larger side. With a bigger size I felt the neck would hang too low and be a bit on the loose side. I wanted the neck to sit snug, but not too snug that it’s choking me, so I sized down. The T-shirt washes really well and still retains the colour after quite a few washes. It’s one of my go to tops for the summer, from my go to comment for quality clothing. Delivery came the following day, so that’s a win!
