The Beatles filmed the promotional video for “Strawberry Fields Forever” in early 1967. The main location for the video shoot was Knole Park, a historic park in Sevenoaks, Kent, England.
The video was shot over two days, on January 30 and 31, 1967. Knole Park, with its woodland and open fields, provided the perfect setting for the surreal and dreamlike imagery that complemented the psychedelic nature of the song. The video features the band interacting with trees, playing instruments, and engaging in some playful and experimental visual effects, which were groundbreaking for music videos at the time.
